Return and Refund Policy

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Any issues need to be reported within 48 hours of arrival, and photos must be sent. I only accept returns for damage to the tuber or cutting, not for canceled orders.

The buyer is responsible for the proper storage, planting, and care of the tuber or cutting once it is in your possession. I am not held responsible for improper storage, care, extreme weather, or other damage that may occur during the growing season.

Virus and Disease Policy

I take the upmost precautions to avoid selling tubers or cutting with disease. I bleach my snips between harvesting, and splitting tubers. I sanitize between each cutting I take. I cull my plants aggressively to prevent disease in my garden.

Unfortunately, disease is a part of growing dahlias. While I take whatever precautions I can, I cannot guarantee that you will receive virus free plants. When you purchase a dahlia from us, you are accepting that risk. I don’t offer refunds for virus.

I can only ship within the USA.

I ship to all 50 US states. Shipping will begin in April, once the threat of freezing has passed.
