KA’s™ Blood Orange is bred by Kristine Albrecht at Santa Cruz Dahlias. It is a very prolific, deep orange ball dahlia. At one point last season, i counted 18 blooms on 2 plants, making it an incredible garden plant. This dahlia also makes a wonderful cut flower and has a good vase life. It is an early bloomer and pumps out blooms until frost. I can’t say enough good things about this variety.
